HOW TO PURCHASE? 

Customers can select the product on the website and add to the shopping bag. By clicking the shopping bag icon, it will direct you to the payment page. For customers who want to pay by Payme/ FPS/ bank transfer, please contact our team at info@kalos-blocks.com for purchasing. Shipping and contact details will be required to fill in on checkout page.

WHERE CAN I SELF-PICK UP MY ORDER? 

Self-pick up is not available at the moment.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?   

All of our products are shipped from Hong Kong.

WHAT COUNTRY DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We currently ship to: Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and Australia.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped by local or international delivery services depending on the destination.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES AND TIME?

Min. Shipping Fees: HK$50 (per order) 
Delivery Time: Your order will be shipped out within 3-7 working days, subject to logistics conditions.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

To edit your order, please send your inquiry to info@kalos-blocks.com as soon as possible and mark sure you have included the order number. No changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
